Director

Iván Santana and Sindy M. Reyes de Santana, were born in the community of Sabana Grande de Boya in the Monte Plata Province, in the Northeast of the Dominican Republic. Ivan and Sindy have been married since 1999 and have three beautiful children: Ivan José, Siviannis Marien and Nahomy Michelle. Sindy has a teaching degree in Education & a bachelors degree in Theology. Ivan has a teaching degree in Modern Language Education and extensive experience in ministerial work with international organizations.

After spending time living in the capital of Santo Domingo, God moved Ivan and Sindy to return to their homeland in 2015 of Sabana Grande to address the needs of their community. In 2017, the Lord put on their heart to start a church in their hometown called Jesus Christ Rock of Salvation Community Church where they are currently the Lead Pastors. During their time in ministry they saw a lack of love, increased injustice, and marginalized children and adolescents. With the mission to meet the needs within their community and surrounding communities in the Dominican Republic, the Lord equipped Ivan and Sindy to create the Love, Faith & Justice Inc. in 2019.

In addition to Love Faith & Justice (LFJ) Ministries Inc., Ivan and Sindy have served alongside additional ministries in the Central America region such as Christian Family Life, Operation Christmas Child, & Global Connection.
